This policy explains how Constantine Group, trading as Constantine Chauffeurs (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects and uses your personal information when you book with us or use our website. We are the data controller. You can contact us at hello@constantinechauffeurs.co.uk.

1. What we collect

• Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, and journey details such as pickup and drop-off location, date and time.
• Contact messages: anything you send us via our forms, WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Website data: information about how you use the site, collected through analytics and advertising cookies (see section 7).

We do not collect or store your card details — payments are handled securely by our payment provider (see below).

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Provide quotes and confirm and carry out your booking;
• Communicate with you about your journey;
• Take payment for your journey;
• Keep records required for accounting and legal purposes.

Our lawful bases are the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the service, and compliance with our legal obligations.

3. Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not seen or stored by us. Stripe processes your data under its own privacy policy.

4. Who we share it with

We only share your information where necessary to deliver the service, including:

• The chauffeur carrying out your journey;
• Our payment processor (Stripe) and email delivery provider;
• Our website and address-lookup providers (Cloudflare and Google Maps) that help operate the site;
• Authorities or advisers where we are required to by law.

We never sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your booking information only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, and to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these, contact hello@constantinechauffeurs.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies and third-party services

Our website uses essential cookies needed for it to function, and analytics and advertising cookies that help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. These include:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — to see how visitors use the site so we can improve it;
• Google Ads — to measure the performance of our advertising and record when a visit leads to an enquiry.

These services are provided by Google and are governed by Google’s privacy policy. You can control or opt out of Google’s advertising cookies at adssettings.google.com, and manage cookies in your browser settings at any time.

The address autocomplete on our booking form also loads Google Maps services, which are governed by the same Google privacy policy.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to keep your information safe and to work only with reputable providers who do the same.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
